However, there is also art that speaks to the current moment. When art raises issues that are not just visual but aim to draw attention to a problem, it may not be easily understood by everyone, but only by those familiar with the context.<\/p><p>Should art raise such issues? Or is it solely meant for aesthetic enjoyment?
