As I turn the pages, I believe the answer is yes. Perhaps we can\u2019t fully hold onto those fleeting moments, but we can at least brush against their magic &#8211; the magic of something unreal, joyful, and sometimes even surreal.<\/p>\n<p>But can dreams also be nightmares? Of course. In such moments, it feels especially right to cast them out of one\u2019s mind and give them a home on paper. Speaking with many artists, I\u2019ve often sensed the deeply therapeutic nature of art. This is hardly a revelation &#8211; entire fields of art therapy are built around it &#8211; but it remains one of the gentlest ways to express what lives inside us.
